Situated in Bonifacio Global City in Taguig, the Menarco Tower is considered the “healthiest building in Southeast Asia.”
The 32-storey Menarco Tower also received the LEED v3.0 Gold Certification in September 2017 and the first WELL Gold Certification for the Philippines given by the International Well Building Institute in August 2019.
The tower allocates 22 floors for office spaces and 10 for parking. It was also awarded with three (3) Philippine Property Awards: 2016 Best Green Development (winner); 2016 Best Office Development (highly commended); and 2015 Best Office Architectural Design (highly commended).
Sustainability is among the driving forces that motivate DATEM to continuously innovate, especially in its green building services. In fact, it was enshrined in its mission: “committing to be the foremost green builder in the country through environmental practices and sustainable development.”
DATEM’s green building projects are committed to being environmentally friendly and concerned for the well-being of the occupants, as affirmed by LEED, BERDE, and WELL distinctions.
DATEM shares the vision of Menarco Tower in the creation of sustainable workplaces, with the occupants’ well-being as the foremost consideration. Through this advocacy, DATEM and Menarco are not only contributing to the holistic wellness but also the stewardship of the nation’s working class and the people.
