DATEM, together with client, Shang Properties Inc. (SPI), recently celebrated five million safe man-hours without lost time incident and topping off milestones in the construction of Shang Residences at Wack Wack in Mandaluyong City.
In her message at the ceremony, DATEM President Ar. Lesley Espiritu-Villanueva underscored the milestone as a testament to DATEM’s commitment to upholding a clean and safe working environment in the project while delivering targets. “This project unveils heritage for the public, enabling DATEM to continuously innovate and implement methodologies to contribute to the growth of the construction and real estate industries.”
Ongoing construction of the1.2B Php Shang Residences located in an affluent neighborhood of Mandaluyong City to provide a contemporary tropical luxury abode and access to institutions and commercial establishments.
Meanwhile, Shang Properties Inc. Executive Director Wolfgang Krueger thanked his colleagues in SPI, the collaboration with DATEM, and the workers for their significant achievements in the project. He also described Shang Residences as one of the premier highlights in the metro.
Shang Residences at Wack Wack is a 50-story residential property set to provide the perks of a luxury and exclusive resort-inspired experience in the city. DATEM applied modern construction processes in creating this home in the city to make residents feel valued and relaxed.
