DATEM has achieved another milestone as the company recently joined the European Chamber of Commerce of the Philippines (ECCP).
This membership enables DATEM to network among regional and global Chambers of Commerce and business associations, promote expertise, innovations, and thought leadership in the industry, and outsource technologies and best practices.
For more than four decades, ECCP has been supporting its member companies by offering a strong business network and facilitating market access. The Chamber also leads fairs in electronics, information technologies, industrial goods, building materials, and consumer goods.
DATEM actively connects with European businesses to create a more robust construction industry in the Philippines. Currently, DATEM serves as the subcontractor for the LRT-1 Cavite Extension project, along with Bouygues Travaux Publics as the engineering procurement and construction contractor. Bouygues Travaux Publics is a global expert in complex projects involving rail, port, and road infrastructure and tunnels.
By joining the ECCP, DATEM continuously promotes fellowship and cooperation among industry players and various local and international professional organizations.
To date, DATEM has partnered with more than 50 organizations and institutions and has joined 12 affiliations, including the International Federation of Asian and Western Pacific Contractors’ Associations (IFAWPCA), the ASEAN Constructors Federation (ACF), the Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PCCI), and the Philippine Constructors Association (PCA).
