Construction giant, DATEM Incorporated, announced the newly elected officers and members of the board from the recently concluded 2017 Annual Stockholders’ Meeting held at the Oakwood Hotel, Pasig City. The founders led by Engr. Levy Espiritu, Engr. Morris Agoncillo, Arch. Arnold De Asis, and Engr. Lilit Tumbocon shared this major development with the company during the DATEM Townhall Meeting held on July 11, 2017.
With a strategic theme focusing on “Empowerment,” the officers wished to impart to all its employees and stakeholders the targets set at the beginning of the year, and to update everyone on the company’s current status. The Board of Directors revamped the current table of organization by electing Engr. Levy Espiritu as the DATEM Inc. Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Former VP for Engineering and Logistics, Engr. Morris Agoncillo, takes his place as the company President, while former VP for Operations, Arch. Arnold De Asis, will serve as Managing Director, Chief Operating Officer (COO), and Corporate Secretary. DATEM Founder and former Management Consultant, Engr. Lilit Tumbocon, is Managing Director and Treasurer.
