DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle rectification works prior to inspection
- Prepare Inspection Request
- Check on subcontractor’s and worker’s activities to ensure their works comply with project specification and standards
- Provide detailed and critical technical support
- Inspect precision tools of incoming receiving parts and source inspection of parts and equipment
- Oversee Non-Compliance Notice (NCN) implementation (structural and architectural) and verification
- Coordinate with subcontractors involved in the work
- In charge of dust-proofing works
- In charge of punch listing prior to consultant’s inspection
- Compile and register the QC documents or records for filing, handing over, and archiving system upon completion of the project
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
- Professional license an advantage but not required
- 1 year of work experience in the related field
- Preferably 1-4 years experienced employee specializing in Quality Assurance and Quality Control in architectural works
- Willing to be assigned in Metro Manila and/or provincial projects
