Araneta Group, DATEM hold Cyberpark 3 topping off ceremony

Construction firm DATEM Inc., with Araneta Group, held a topping off ceremony for the P5-billion office and commercial tower in Araneta City, the Cyberpark 3.

Serving as the latest addition in the five-tower Cyberpark development in Quezon City, Cyberpark 3 offers 28-level office spaces, three basement parking levels, and two floors of retail space on its podium.

DATEM worked closely with the Araneta Group to achieve its sustainable features: renewable energy solutions, energy-efficient double-glazed ribbon windows, a rainwater collection system, solar panels, and state-of-the-art amenities, among others.

The construction of the 30-story Cyberpark 3 within the eight-hectare Cyberpark Office district in Araneta City commenced last year.

Senior officials of Araneta City, IT-BPM firm TELUS, and JLL Philippines joined DATEM in celebrating the important milestone of the project.

“This milestone not only signifies the nearing completion of the latest addition to our expanding Cyberpark business district, but it also represents a significant step forward for Araneta City’s position as a premier business destination in the Philippines,” Go added.
