QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or any course related to Engineering
- Professional license in Engineering an advantage
- 2-3 years of work experience in the construction industry, preferably in vertical or high-rise building construction
- Can take off quantities from MEPFS plan and anticipate MEPFS requirements and ratios from initial plans
- Knowledge in outline specs, building systems, and construction methodologies
- Good presentation skills
- Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills
- Knowledge in (MEPFS) work design
- Willing to be assigned in Quezon City (head office)
