DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare estimates and budgetary costs on electrical works
- Coordinate design and construction on electrical works
- Request and evaluate proposals from subcontractors
- Monitor and evaluate accomplishment by electrical subcontractor
- Monitor and supervise cabling, power, and lighting installation
- Review and interpret electrical plans and specifications
- Supervise the installation of all electrical works, including pulling of cables and wires, and provide technical support during testing and commissioning
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Electrical/Electronic/Industrial Engineering or equivalent
- At least 1 year of work experience in the related field
- Must have an understanding of construction terms, scheduling, and planning concepts
- Knowledge in construction activities sequence
- Have a keen eye for details and orderliness
- Able to work independently and/or with a team
