Along the busy España Boulevard now stands a 23-storey “smart” building that’s home to more than a hundred classrooms, nine laboratories, an auditorium, two library floors, a cafeteria, three parking levels, and a basketball court.
This is the new Blessed Pier Giorgio Frassati of the University of Santo Tomas, the latest addition to DATEM’s growing portfolio of completed institutional projects.

This as DATEM opens Q3 2021 with 22% of its ongoing projects gearing up for completion, including One Le Grand Tower and Uptown Parksuites in Taguig, Eastwood Global Plaza in Quezon City, and Zadia Residences Tower 1 in Sta. Rosa, Laguna, to name a few.
This latest development coincides with the awarding of its newest project, Abaca Hotel, in Cebu.
Abaca Hotel is a 17-storey seaside hotel, which features 125 well-appointed units that enjoy sweeping coastal views along Punta Engaño Road in Lapu-Lapu City. It is developed by Cebu Landmasters, Inc.
